Your Privacy 
At the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, we strive to protect your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized online experience. 

What Information Do We Collect? How Do We Use It? 
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit-card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status.

You may voluntarily sign up to be informed about certain offers. For this service we need only an e-mail address, which we use to send the information you requested.

When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address and e-mail address, so we can administer the contest and notify winners.

We personalize your online experience by using your purchases to shape our recommendations about other events and items that might be of interest to you. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the website.

We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to the website, new Chamber services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, please notify us. Make sure to notify us for each account or e-mail address you have with us.

How Does Company Protect Customer Information?
The Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce uses Authorize.net and Elavon Inc. to process credit card payments. See their sites for their payment security information.

What About "Cookies"? 
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such as 1-Click shopping and to store items in your shopping cart between visits. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can still use most of the features on our site, including purchasing items.

Will the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce Disclose the Information it Collects to Outside Parties? 
The Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to outside parties. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending a blank e-mail message to  business@centralrichamber.com . (If you use more than one e-mail address to shop with us, send this message from each e-mail account you use.) Also, the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

We strive to protect your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make online transactions possible at The Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce and to enhance your overall online experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by indicating your intention in the subject line and sending a blank e-mail message to  business@centralrichamber.com .

Refund Policy
All tickets and sponsorships must be paid prior to the event unless otherwise specified. Refunds are only issued as credits toward a future event and only with 72 hours notice. All other items are non-refundable.

Memberships are non-refundable.  Termination of membership must be done in writing.

Return Policy
SHIPPING for returns
There is no charge for shipping on services and events.  Shipping is non-refundable on products ordered. Customer pays shipping charges to return an item.

CREDIT for returns
Customer may receive credit for return of a product that is unused and in good condition.  Returns must be arranged with the main office.

IN HOUSE return option
Customers may return a product to 3288 Post Road, Warwick, RI to avoid shipping charges for the return.  Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Closed Holidays and the day after Thanksgiving.  Contact the office prior to coming to be certain it is open as occasionally it is closed for events. 401-732-1100 .  Directions

PACKING materials
Items do not need to be in their original containers for return but must packaged so as to protect the items.

Shipping Policy - All Tickets must be picked up prior to or at the event - With advanced notice the purchaser may request tickets to be shipped at the purchaser's expense. Price to be determined by method of shipment.
