Advantage Marketing Information is a professionally
managed marketing research and business information
organization staffed by professionals in business
research, public opinion polling, and marketing.
Established in 1985, we have worked with hundreds of
local, regional, national and multi-national
organizations looking to bring clarity and insight to
their most critical initiatives. Our professional and
supporting staff is comprised of fifteen full and part
time associates.
Rick Nagele,
President & Senior Analyst, started his professional
career with Textron. After earning a graduate degree and
serving as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Marketing
at the University of Rhode Island, Director of Marketing
for Acushnet Sawmills Company and consulting as an
independent, Advantage Marketing Information was
organized in 1985.
Nagele authored or has
been cited in sixteen published articles, including the
Wall Street Journal. In addition to being featured in
two seminar-based videos, he has received a Governor's
Citation for service to The Rhode Island Partnership for
Science & Technology, a business consulting award from
Bryant College and a Certificate of Recognition from
Rhode Island's second largest Chamber of Commerce.
Nagele is Past-President of the Board of the Central
Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce and member of the Board
of a restaurant holding company.
