From North on Route
95:
• Take Exit 10
and bear right onto Route 117 East.
• Follow Route 117 East approximately 4.8 miles.
• You will reach Rocky Point Pizza & Pub on the left
and a Sunoco gas station on the right.
• Turn right onto Warwick Neck Avenue.
• Cornerstone Adult Services is approximately 1/4
mile down Warwick Neck Avenue on the left.
From Providence Going South on Route 95:
• Take Exit 14
and bear to the left going to Warwick on Route 37.
• Take first exit off Route 37 – Post Road South
(Route 1).
• Follow to the third set of lights and take a left
onto Airport Road.
• Follow Airport Road to the first intersection.
• Bear right onto Warwick Avenue and continue to the
end.
• At light bear left onto West Shore Road and an
immediate right onto Warwick Neck Avenue.
• Cornerstone Adult Services is approximately
1/4 mile down Warwick Neck Avenue on the left.
