the North:
Take
I-95 South to Exit 12A (Route 113 East)
Once on Route 113 East, move into the right lane.
Take
the first exit (before the first traffic light)
Make a left turn onto Greenwich Ave. / Route 5 North
Proceed past the Apex building on your left, over Route 95
Turn right the next traffic light onto Shalom Drive.
Tamarisk Assisted Living will be on your left.
From
the South:
Take
