FOOD SAFETY INSPECTIONS: As a retired State inspector, I know what to look for and how to keep your kitchen safe and in compliance with the Rhode Island Food Code. Did you know that all inspections conducted by the RI Health Department are published on the internet at www.health.ri.gov? Spend your money on a thorough inspection and consultation, not on fines. Keep your kitchen in compliance by having me conduct an informal all-inclusive inspection.

Types of Inspections: Pre-opening inspections, consultations for new/remodeled kitchens, routine inspections, non-compliance inspections or individualized to meet your needs.

RECERTIFICATION CLASSES --- Registration fee of $75 includes certificate of completion and instruction materials. These are six (6) hour classes with no examination. You may renew your certification up to twelve months prior to expiration and up to six months after expiration. You may renew your certificate by attending any one of the following courses or classes also can be arranged for your convenience. Classes are also available online.

My teaching approach is unique. I offer a hands-on learning experience in a commercial kitchen or private classes can be held at your establishment. I am a retired inspector from the RI Department of Health, Office of Food Protection. I am a certified Food Safety Instructor in the State of Rhode Island as well as a Test Administrator and Trainer with the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.

Complete the registration form and send it along with a check made payable to The Dottie LeBeau Group, Ltd. or register on line with your credit card. Registration and payment must be received in advance of the courses. The tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
