This year marks the 10th Strides for Independence Walk, and together we celebrate a decade of people coming together as one community to create meaningful opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
At West Bay, we believe everyone deserves the chance to live a life with choice, connection and purpose. Strides for Independence helps open doors for people to explore their interests, develop their gifts and talents and build relationships with others who share similar passions.
Our focus is simple but powerful: creating experiences that bring people together.
Because when people are part of a community where they belong, their talents are recognized, and their voices are valued, endless possibilities begin to unfold.

Registration opens at 9:00am. Walk begins at 10:30am.
West Bay’s mission is People Supporting People, providing innovative person driven supports that promote inclusion, advocacy, self expression and life fulfillment.
