JA Inspire Career Exploration Fair

JA Inspire is a coalition of educators and industry leaders, led by Junior Achievement of Rhode Island. At the center of our work is a powerful career exploration fair for 5,000 local 8th graders.

This year, the in-person career exploration fair takes place at the Rhode Island Convention Center from December 9th-11th, 2025. Students will learn about high school, college, and career opportunities available right here in Rhode Island from more than 100 exhibitors.

The program includes a four-session curriculum prior to the career fair. The curriculum, available in English and Spanish, is accessed in a digital format and is teacher-led with independent learning activities for students.
