The City of New Bedford 4th of July Fireworks display will be staged from a barge located off of the State Pier in the New Bedford Harbor at 9PM on Thursday, July 4.
Lower Union Street between North Water and Route 18 will be closed to vehicle traffic and one of the best spots in downtown to view the fireworks.
Parking will be available in the Elm Street and Zeiterion Garages in addition to street parking. Come downtown early to grab a bite and explore museums, shops, and more.
Please note: State Pier will be closed for safety reasons during the event.
