Carly Paiva grew up in West Greenwich and is a proud graduate of Exeter-West Greenwich High School, Class of 2014. She went on to attend the Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI), where she pursued a business degree—laying the foundation for her future in entrepreneurship and leadership.

Being raised in a family-run automotive business, Carly developed a passion for cars and business at a young age. She began working at Elite Auto Repair in 2009, initially helping her mom with customer mailers, referral letters, and various office duties. Over the years, she learned many roles in the company—from company driver (giving customers rides, running errands, and picking up parts) to working in operations. Eventually, she stepped into a Service Advisor role, which she did for six years, and even completed a year long Service Advisor certification program in Utah.

Today, Carly plays a key role in the business as Administrator and Co-Owner while also balancing life as a mom to her 5-year-old daughter, Ava. Her current responsibilities include bookkeeping, administration, marketing, and networking. Alongside her brother and fiancé —both of whom also work at Elite—she is preparing to one day co-lead the business into its next generation.

Carly is also proud to have been awarded a slot in the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, furthering her commitment to professional growth and community leadership.

When she’s not working, Carly enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, gardening, attending car shows, and reading.
