Bob Martinelli is the President of Emerging Media LLC, a marketing consulting firm, specializing in marketing for small business. Bob has over 25 years experience as a small business owner and entrepreneur. During that time Bob has learned the most cost effective ways to market a small business and now concentrates his efforts helping service professionals such as consultants, financial planners, accountants, attorneys, bankers, sales professionals and others get more clients and increase their revenue. As an advocate for technology, Bob has consulted businesses of all sizes in how to use technology to gain an advantage. Included among Bob’s clients are: Cox Communications, AARP, Thrifty Car Rental, the Warwick Mall, RI Employees Credit Union, Brewster & Shuster, Jennings’ Car Care to name a few.
As a Co-Director for the Rhubarb Networking Group with Bob Salvas, Bob has the opportunity to meet and consult with hundreds of small business owners. Bob is also a member of two chambers of commerce, as well as serving as an Ambassador for the Cranston Chamber of Commerce.
Over the past 26 years, Bob Salvas has developed an expertise in direct-to-consumer communication, especially in the form of direct-mail. In his 22 years at the US Post Office, Bob was responsible for managing 40 different USPS premier customers. In recognition of his exemplary service and breakthrough creativity, Bob was chosen as one of a select 250 recipients of 11,000 eligible for the prestigious USPS Smart Solutions Award.
Leveraging his direct-mail expertise, Bob then founded Success Mail Inc in 2003, a firm dedicated to providing direct-to-consumer communication solutions to a wide range of industries. In early 2007, Bob joined The Allied Group as a Direct Mail Consultant. The Allied Group is a marketing and fulfillment company with offices in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Bob has become a nationally recognized direct-mail authority and a featured speaker at universities, chambers of commerce, and national mailing conferences such as the National Postal Forum.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant College and served four years in the United States Air Force.

Tom was Judge Lagueux's first summer clerk in Federal District Court in Rhode Island.
